I led the end-to-end creation of YouTube Shorts for a client, overseeing both content production and channel branding. The project began with developing a consistent visual identity, designing thumbnails, defining a tone of voice, and establishing a recognizable style that aligned with the client’s target audience and niche.
For each video, I sourced or selected engaging footage, wrote concise scripts with a clear narrative arc, and generated voice-overs using AI tools to match the desired tone and pacing. I then edited the content to optimize for high retention and platform performance, ensuring strong hooks in the first few seconds, dynamic pacing, and clear calls to action when appropriate. This holistic approach ensured that each Short not only stood out visually and sonically but also supported the growth of the channel as a cohesive brand.
